Season Information
Our season starts at the end of May and ends July 12. We practice daily (M-F) and have meets on Monday and Thursday evenings. No practice on mornings after meets.

**Bring beginners already dressed in suits. Parents must wait until 5:15 to enter the pool (to allow the guards time for cleaning)
Team Guidelines
●New swimmers will be required to take and pass the swim test during evaluations.
●For each meet, we will need parent volunteers to handle specific jobs. Please ensure that you are signed up to volunteer for at least 1 half of each meet.
○HOME meet volunteer needs (PER MEET HALF):
■2 concession stand volunteers
■Timers/Recorders –1 head timer, 3 lane timers
■Recorder – 1 Head Recorder
■Place Judges – 6 place judges, 1 head judge
○AWAY meet volunteer needs (PER MEET HALF):
■Timers – 3 lane timers
■Recorders – 1 head recorder
■Place Judges – 4 place judges
●Please try to attend all meets – even the AWAY meets. If you will NOT be at a meet, please ensure you have listed that information in the VACATION BOOK (kept at the pool). The coaches need that info in order to accurately prepare the lineup for the meet.
oIf you need to leave a meet early, please tell Coach Ken, Coach Megan, or Melissa BEFORE leaving. We will have to make changes to the line-up.
●Only registered swimmers can be in the water during practices and meets. The baby pool is off limits during practices and meets for everyone.
●Please limit “junk food” during meets for your swimmers.
